HP FABRICS collaborates with Sapra Elettronica in order to offer its customers a complete design service right through to industrialisation, with the aim of reducing time to market and optimising product costs, taking into account all the components of the process: from components to mass production.

Our know-how and experience allow us to purchase raw materials all over the world, both standard and custom designed components. From electronic components to the most complex plastic or mechanical parts, we purchase individual parts or complete semi-finished products.

Prototyping

Prototypes realization is a strategic service for us. As a post-engineering phase or integrated into the industrialisation process, we consider it essential to guide customers towards subsequent series production. HP FABRICS is specialised in providing technical assistance and operational support in the management of customer specification, components and manufacturing in the shortest time possible and with an adequate investment for initial product launch and management costs.

Series production

Our initial choice to entrust production to a few selected partner companies has changed over the years into an even more complete and flexible solution. Our HCS ELECTRONIC production facilities can manufacture prototypes and batches of small and medium quantities, taking care of the products and their construction requirements with extreme attention and flexibility. The synergies created with ElectronAlliance allow us to manage large volumes and mass production for you by making the best use of and offering production economies of scale.

Test and inspections

The availability of various testing technologies allows us to cover almost all customer requirements. Starting from the customer's test specifications, HP FABRICS is able to independently design, develop and manufacture dedicated electrical functional testing benches and simulators with relevant software.
